  • 1 cup uncooked rice
  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 ½ cups water
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, cook the ground beef and onions over medium heat until browned; drain the fat.
  • Mix cooked beef, uncooked rice, soups, and water in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
