  • 12 oz smoked sausage, sliced
  • 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 can (15 oz) ranch-style beans
  • 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
  • 2 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions

  • Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, then drain excess fat.
  • Transfer beef to the crockpot and add sliced smoked sausage.
  • Add diced tomatoes, ranch-style beans, corn, potatoes, and chopped onion.
  • Pour in beef broth and season with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  • Stir ingredients well, cover, and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until potatoes are tender.
