  • 8 oz rice noodles or egg noodles
  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 3 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1-inch ginger, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish

Instructions

  • Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a bowl, mix hoisin sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and honey. Set aside.
  • Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the beef and stir-fry until browned. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same pan, add garlic and ginger. Sauté until fragrant.
  • Add bell pepper and carrot. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until slightly softened.
  • Return the beef to the pan and pour in the sauce mixture. Toss to coat.
  • Add the cooked noodles and green onions. Stir until everything is well combined and heated through.
  • Garnish with sesame seeds and serve hot.

  • Substitute chicken or tofu for beef for a different protein option.
  • Add a dash of chili flakes for a spicy kick.
  • Use low-sodium soy sauce to reduce the sodium content.
