This Honey Sriracha Chicken recipe combines tender chicken coated in a perfect balance of sweet honey and spicy sriracha sauce. It’s quick, flavorful, and easy to prepare, making it an ideal dish for weeknight dinners. Serve with rice or vegetables for a complete meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • Season cubed chicken with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and fully cooked. Remove from pan.
  • In the same pan, add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  • Stir in honey, sriracha, and soy sauce. Let simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
  • Return the cooked chicken to the pan and toss to coat in the sauce.
  • Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot.

  • Adjust the sriracha level to make it more or less spicy based on preference.
