1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, sliced thin
3 cups broccoli florets
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced
1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon water (for slurry)
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, and black pepper.
In another small bowl, mix cornstarch with water to make a slurry.
