1.5 lbs baby potatoes (halved)
1 cup chicken broth
1 packet Italian seasoning mix
3 cloves garlic (minced)
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
Add baby potatoes around the chicken.
