Ingredients

  • Chicken breasts (cooked and shredded)
  • Cream cheese (softened)
  • Cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • Jalapeños (sliced, fresh or pickled)
  • Bacon (cooked and crumbled)
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Green onions (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13 baking dish.
  • In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  • Fold in the cooked chicken, half of the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese, and half of the sliced jalapeños.
  • Spread the chicken mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
  • Top with the remaining cheese, bacon crumbles, and jalapeños.
  • Bake for 25–30 minutes, until the casserole is bubbly and the cheese is melted and golden.
  • Let the casserole cool for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with green onions if desired.

  • For extra heat, leave the seeds in the jalapeños or add a few dashes of hot sauce.
  • Use rotisserie chicken for a quicker option.
