Make a delicious Joe’s Crab Shack Crab Dip at home with lump crab meat, cream cheese, cheddar, and flavorful seasonings. This creamy, cheesy dip is perfect for parties, game days, or any seafood lover’s appetizer spread.

  • 8 oz lump crab meat
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions
  • ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup diced red bell pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and lemon juice. Mix until smooth.
  • Add Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  • Fold in lump crab meat, shredded cheddar, Parmesan, green onions, and diced red bell pepper. Mix gently.
  • Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish.
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
  • Serve warm with crackers, toasted bread, or tortilla chips.
