  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 (8 oz) can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  • Brown ground beef in a skillet with chopped onions and green bell peppers, then drain excess fat.
  • Stir in taco seasoning, diced tomatoes, and green chilies. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  • In a bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, and half of the shredded cheese.
