1 ½ lbs lamb shoulder or leg, cut into 1-inch cubes
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
Wooden or metal skewers
