Instructions

  • For the crust: In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9x13-inch dish to form the crust. Chill in the refrigerator while preparing the other layers.
  • For the cheesecake layer: In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. Fold in 2 cups of whipped topping until well combined. Spread the cheesecake mixture evenly over the chilled crust.
  • For the strawberry layer: If your strawberries are tart, toss them with sugar and let sit for 10 minutes. Layer the sliced strawberries evenly over the cheesecake layer.
  • For the topping: Spread the remaining whipped topping over the strawberry layer, making sure to cover the entire surface. Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs and garnish with extra fresh strawberries.
  • Refrigerate the lasagna for at least 2-3 hours (or overnight) to set before serving.
