  • 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13-inch casserole dish.
  4. In a small bowl, mix crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter. Sprinkle the cracker mixture evenly over the top of the casserole.
