These mouthwatering mini sliders are the ideal party snack or family meal, loaded with juicy, well-seasoned beef patties, fresh vegetables, and tangy sauces, all sandwiched in soft, fluffy buns. Simple to make and packed with flavor, they're guaranteed crowd-pleasers.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 8 mini slider buns
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese, halved
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Sliced tomatoes
  • Sliced red onions
  • Pickles
  • Ketchup and mustard, for serving
  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well but avoid overworking the meat.
  • Divide the beef mixture into 8 equal portions and shape them into small patties, slightly larger than the buns to account for shrinkage.
  • Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat and lightly coat with olive oil. Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes per side or until they reach desired doneness. Place half a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.
  • Lightly toast the mini slider buns on the same pan until golden.
  • Assemble the sliders by layering lettuce, tomato slices, a cheesy beef patty, red onion slices, and pickles on the bottom bun. Top with ketchup and mustard if desired, then cover with the top bun.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

  • Customize sliders by adding your favorite toppings or using different types of cheese.
  • To make ahead, form the patties and store in the refrigerator until ready to cook.
