Ingredients

  • Paprika for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, combine chopped hard-boiled eggs, mayonnaise, and mustard.

  • Add celery and chives (if using), and mix until combined.

  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
