  • 1 lb ziti pasta
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded Romano cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded Fontina cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cook ziti pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, mix marinara sauce, Alfredo sauce, and ricotta cheese.
  • Add cooked ziti to the sauce mixture, stirring until evenly coated.
  • Layer half of the ziti mixture in a greased baking dish. Sprinkle with mozzarella, Parmesan, Romano, and Fontina cheeses.
  • Add the remaining ziti mixture and top with the rest of the cheese.
  • In a small bowl, combine breadcrumbs, melted butter, and Italian seasoning. Sprinkle over the top of the dish.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden and bubbly. Serve hot.

  • Substitute ziti pasta with penne if desired.
  • Add cooked Italian sausage or chicken for extra protein.
