4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup long-grain white rice
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 medium onion, diced
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, thyme, and paprika.
Sear chicken for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, sauté onion and garlic until fragrant. Add rice and stir for 1-2 minutes.
Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine. Bring to a simmer.
Return chicken breasts to the skillet, cover, and reduce heat to low. Cook for 20-25 minutes until rice is tender and chicken is cooked through.
Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy. Adjust seasoning if needed.
Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

Use freshly grated Parmesan for the best flavor.
Substitute heavy cream with half-and-half for a lighter version.
