  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce

  • 1 tsp ginger (grated)
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch (mixed with 2 tbsp water)
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 green onion (chopped, for garnish)
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Heat sesame oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add sliced chicken and cook until browned.
  • Stir in garlic and ginger, cooking until fragrant.
  • Add soy sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, red pepper flakes, and chicken broth. Stir well.
  • Bring to a boil, then add noodles. Reduce heat and let simmer until noodles are cooked.
