  • 4 cups cold water

  • Ice cubes

  • Fresh mint leaves (optional)

Instructions

  1. Make Peach Puree: In a blender, combine the peaches with 1/2 cup of water. Blend until smooth.

  2. Strain (optional): If you prefer a smoother texture, strain the puree through a fine mesh sieve.

  3. Combine Ingredients: In a large pitcher, mix the peach puree, lemon juice, and sugar. Stir until sugar dissolves.
