For Pistachio Cream Filling:
1 cup heavy whipping cream
¼ cup powdered sugar
¼ cup pistachio paste
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 8-inch round cake pans.
In a bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt.
In a separate bowl, cream butter and sugar until light. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
