  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 pound thinly sliced roast beef
  • 12 slices provolone or mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Place the bottom halves of the slider buns in a baking dish.
  • Layer the sliced roast beef evenly over the buns.
  • Add cheese slices over the beef. Cover with the top halves of the buns.
  • In a small bowl, combine melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, poppy seeds, garlic powder, and onion powder. Whisk until smooth.
  • Pour the butter mixture evenly over the sliders, making sure to cover the tops.
  • Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
