  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
  • Fresh lemon juice (optional, for garnish)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  • In a large bowl, toss the green beans with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).
  • Spread the green beans in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Roast for 15-18 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the beans are tender and slightly crispy.
