  • 1 cup fresh or frozen sweet corn

  • 1/2 tsp paprika

  • 1/4 tsp dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Slice the chicken breasts into strips or cubes.

  2. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme.

  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.

  4. Add the chicken and sauté until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
