This Shrimp Scampi Pasta Bake combines juicy shrimp, garlic butter sauce, and pasta in a cheesy, oven-baked dish. A comforting, easy dinner idea!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 oz pasta (penne or linguine)
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1/2 cup white wine (or chicken broth)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes; sauté for 1 minute.
  • Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook until pink (2-3 minutes per side). Remove shrimp and set aside.
  • Pour white wine into the skillet and let it reduce for 2 minutes. Stir in heavy cream and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  • Mix in Parmesan cheese and lemon juice, then add cooked pasta and shrimp. Toss to combine.
  • Transfer to a greased baking dish. Top with mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Notes

  • Use chicken broth instead of wine for a non-alcoholic version.
  • Add spinach or cherry tomatoes for extra flavor.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
