Ingredients

  • Chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
  • Asiago cheese (grated)
  • Mushrooms (sliced)
  • Heavy cream
  • Garlic (minced)
  • Chicken broth
  • Olive oil
  • Butter
  • Fresh thyme or parsley (optional, for garnish)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Cook Chicken: Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat, then sear chicken on both sides until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  • Sauté Mushrooms: In the same skillet, add sliced mushrooms and cook until browned. Stir in minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  • Make Sauce: Add chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine. Let the sauce simmer until slightly thickened, then stir in grated Asiago cheese.

  • Serve: Garnish with fresh thyme or parsley. Serve hot with your preferred side.
