  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup queso dip
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies (e.g., Rotel)
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • Soft taco-sized tortillas
  • Toppings: shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, sour cream, jalapeños, etc.

Instructions
