  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp lime juice

  • Shredded cheese, avocado slices, and tortilla chips (optional, for serving)

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
  2. Add white beans, green chilies, onion, garlic, chicken broth, cumin, chili powder, salt, black pepper, oregano, and cayenne pepper.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  4. Once cooked, remove the chicken breasts, shred them with two forks, and return to the slow cooker.
  5. Stir in the sour cream, heavy cream, and lime juice. Mix well.
  6. Cook for an additional 15-20 minutes on low until the chili is heated through and creamy.
