  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef, onion, and bell pepper, and cook until the beef is browned and vegetables are tender, about 7-8 minutes.
  3. Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. In a greased casserole dish, layer half of the cooked spaghetti, then spread half of the sour cream and meat mixture over it. Repeat layers.
  5. Top with shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.
