This Southwest Chicken Wrap is a delicious, easy-to-make meal featuring juicy seasoned chicken, fresh vegetables, and a zesty southwest sauce. Great for lunch or dinner, this wrap delivers bold flavors in every bite!

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup corn kernels
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes per side or until fully cooked. Let rest for 5 minutes, then slice into strips.
  4. In a bowl, mix sour cream (or Greek yogurt) with lime juice.
  5. Lay out tortillas and evenly distribute cheese, black beans, corn, tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro.
  6. Add sliced chicken on top and drizzle with the sauce.
  7. Sprinkle with shredded lettuce and wrap tightly.
  8. Serve immediately or grill for extra crispiness.
