  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Butterfly the chicken breasts by slicing them horizontally without cutting all the way through.
  • In a bowl, mix spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, and garlic until well combined.
  • Stuff each chicken breast with the spinach-cheese mixture and secure with toothpicks.
  • Rub chicken with olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Place stuffed chicken breasts in a greased baking dish.
  • Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  • Remove from oven, let rest for 5 minutes, then serve.

Notes

  • Use toothpicks to secure the stuffing and prevent it from spilling out during baking.
  • For added flavor, sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top before baking.
  • Serve with a side of roasted vegetables or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
