Ingredients
Scale
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Butterfly the chicken breasts by slicing them horizontally without cutting all the way through.
In a bowl, mix spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, and garlic until well combined.
Stuff each chicken breast with the spinach-cheese mixture and secure with toothpicks.
Rub chicken with olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Place stuffed chicken breasts in a greased baking dish.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
Remove from oven, let rest for 5 minutes, then serve.
Notes
Use toothpicks to secure the stuffing and prevent it from spilling out during baking.
For added flavor, sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top before baking.
Serve with a side of roasted vegetables or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
