2 cups watermelon, cubed
1 cup strawberries, sliced
1 cup blueberries
1 cup pineapple, cubed
1 cup mango, diced
2 tbsp fresh mint leaves, chopped
1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted
Juice of 1 lime
1 tbsp honey (optional)
In a large mixing bowl, combine all the fresh fruit.
Add chopped mint leaves and toasted almonds.
Drizzle with lime juice and honey (if using).
Gently toss everything together until well mixed.
