  • 2 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar (for topping)

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (cubed)

  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a large bowl, mix peaches with 1 cup sugar, lemon juice, cornstarch, cinnamon, and salt. Set aside.

  3. In another bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and 1/4 cup sugar.
