  • 2 ears fresh corn, grilled and kernels removed

  • 1/4 cup feta cheese (optional)

  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil

  • For the dressing:

Instructions

  1. Grill or roast the corn and cut kernels off the cob. Let cool.
