  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups herb-seasoned stuffing mix
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Place chicken breasts in the dish and top each with Swiss cheese slices.
  • In a bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, and black pepper. Pour over the chicken.
  • Sprinkle stuffing mix evenly over the top, then drizzle with melted butter.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 15-20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  • Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
