  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup white chocolate chips, melted
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup raspberry preserves, slightly warmed

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C). Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture into the prepared pan to form the crust.
