Ingredients

1.5 lbs ground beef
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
12 Hawaiian rolls, sliced in half
12 slices cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)
Pickles, ketchup, and mustard for serving
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook the beef: In a skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until the beef is fully browned and no longer pink. Drain any excess fat and set aside.
Prepare the rolls: Place the bottom halves of the Hawaiian rolls on a baking sheet. Spread the cooked beef evenly over the rolls.
Add cheese: Layer slices of cheddar cheese over the beef. Cover with the top halves of the rolls.
Brush with butter: Using a brush, apply melted butter to the tops of the rolls. Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
Bake: Place the sliders in the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops of the rolls are golden brown.
Serve: Remove from the oven, cut into individual sliders, and serve warm with pickles, ketchup, and mustard.
Notes
You can add sliced onions or jalapeños to the beef mixture for extra flavor.
