These Cranberry Turkey Sliders are a flavorful combination of juicy turkey, tangy cranberry sauce, and creamy cheese, all packed into soft slider buns. Perfect for parties, potlucks, or a simple family meal, these sliders are easy to prepare and sure to impress.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 12 slider buns
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 6 slices of cheddar cheese, halved
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground turkey, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into 12 small patties.
  4. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
  5. Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of each slider bun.
  6. Place a turkey patty on each bun, top with a slice of cheddar cheese, and a spoonful of cranberry sauce.
  7. Cover with the top bun and arrange sliders in a baking dish.
  8. Brush the tops of the buns with melted butter and sprinkle with chopped parsley if desired.
  9. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
  10. Serve warm and enjoy!
