  • For the Crepes:

    • 1 cup all-purpose flour
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 cup milk
    • ½ cup water
    • 2 tbsp melted butter
    • 1 tbsp sugar
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract
    • Pinch of salt
  • For the Nutella Cream Filling:

    • ½ cup Nutella
    • ½ cup heavy whipping cream
    • 1 tbsp powdered sugar

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, eggs, milk, water, melted butter, sugar, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
  • Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease with butter.
  • Pour about ¼ cup of batter into the pan, swirling to spread evenly. Cook for 1-2 minutes until edges lift, then flip and cook for another 30 seconds. Repeat with remaining batter.
  • In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar until soft peaks form. Gently fold in Nutella until smooth.
  • Spread the Nutella cream onto each crepe and fold or roll as desired.
  • Serve immediately, dusted with powdered sugar or topped with fresh fruit.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a splash of hazelnut liqueur to the Nutella cream.
  • Store leftover crepes in an airtight container and reheat in a pan before serving.
