1 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
¼ cup apple cider vinegar
Instructions
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (375–400°F).
Rub pork chops with olive oil, then season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and cayenne.
Grill for 5–7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and stir in brown sugar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and apple cider vinegar. Simmer for 2 minutes.
Brush glaze over pork chops during the last few minutes of grilling.
Let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Use a meat thermometer to ensure doneness without overcooking.
Letting the pork chops rest helps retain their juices.
