  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, milk, onion, garlic, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a greased loaf pan or on a lined baking sheet.
  4. Spread a thin layer of ketchup over the top.
  5. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  6. Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
