1 lb ground beef
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup milk
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, onion, garlic, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it on a greased baking sheet or loaf pan.
In a small bowl, mix the glaze ingredients (ketchup, brown sugar, mustard). Spread the glaze over the meatloaf.
Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve and enjoy!
Notes
For a softer texture, soak breadcrumbs in milk for a few minutes before adding to the meat mixture.
Add finely chopped vegetables like carrots or celery for added flavor and nutrition.
