Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, onion, garlic, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it on a greased baking sheet or loaf pan.
  • In a small bowl, mix the glaze ingredients (ketchup, brown sugar, mustard). Spread the glaze over the meatloaf.
